By creating an account or using SAWA you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old to use SAWA.
SAWA is a matching and messaging service that connects adults. We do not conduct criminal background checks, and we do not guarantee the accuracy of any profile. Always use your judgment and follow the safety advice in the app.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. One person may hold one account.
You agree not to: post content that is illegal, nude, violent, hateful, or deceptive; harass, threaten, or impersonate others; solicit money or engage in scams; use the service for commercial purposes without permission; attempt to access other accounts or harm the service. Your photos must be of you, and may be moderated automatically.
You keep ownership of your content (photos, messages, bio) but grant us a limited license to store, display and process it to operate the service, including AI moderation and verification. Chat media (photos, videos, GIFs, voice) is automatically deleted after 24 hours.
Photos in chat and on other users’ profiles are overlaid with a faint watermark containing the unique ID of the person viewing them, to deter unauthorized capture and sharing. You agree not to remove, obscure or tamper with these watermarks, and not to capture, share or distribute other users’ photos without their consent. Violations may result in account suspension or removal.
Treat others with respect. Do not share contact details to bypass the app, send unwanted sexual content, or use the app for prostitution or other illegal purposes. We may remove content and accounts that violate these Terms.
You can report and block users from their profile or in chat. We review reports and may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law. Termination does not affect rights that have already accrued.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and are not liable for damages arising from your use of the service, including indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
When premium features are introduced, they will be covered by additional terms displayed at the point of purchase. Prices will be shown clearly before purchase, and cancellations/refunds will follow the applicable store and local rules.
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service. We will try to notify you of material changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo for any disputes not resolvable informally. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
